Spring Release Weekend

This year, Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance will be hosting Spring Release Weekend, formerly known as Zinfandel Weekend. Spring Release Weekend is a 3-day event, starting March 18th, celebrating the start of spring and an introduction to new wine releases from local wineries. Sip and socialize with knowledgeable winemakers and enjoy the peaceful outdoors of historic downtown Paso Robles. The celebratory walk-around tasting will be held in the Downtown City Park where those attending can experience vineyard tours, barbecues, and much more.

Before you get caught up in all the events of the day, be sure to purchase your ticket for the Spring Release Wine Seminar, hosted at Castoro Cellars at 2pm. Don’t miss your chance to hear from winemaker panelists from Alta Colina, Ancient Peaks, Castoro Cellars, and My Favorite Neighbor.

After the Spring Release Seminar, you will have time to stroll around Downtown Paso Robles, or sit down for a bite to eat at one of the town’s many farm-to-table restaurants located just across the street from the Paso Robles Inn. If you are looking to take in more of Paso Robles’ gorgeous views, check out Tetto, the one and only rooftop bar located at The Piccolo. Return on time for the iconic Walk-Around Tasting starting at 5pm. Treat yourself to a tasting of 46 Paso Robles wineries newest vintages while listening to live music by local musicians. Throughout the weekend, wineries will be entertaining their guests to specially curated flights and craft cocktails curated by local distilleries.
